There is so much choice when it comes to selecting a heating pad for use on an injured or painful part of your body.  It is difficult to know whether you should go for a cheap heating pad, or a more expensive one, whether electric heating pads are them most effective, or whether they are a little bit dangerous (after all, what would happen if you left one on all night by accident?)

What are the best heating pads to buy then?  The answer unfortunately is not that straightforward, and after a little thought you would probably have come to the same conclusion yourself.  Different heating pads are suitable for different purposes.  As an easy example you can hardly use an electric heating pad if it necessary to use it outdoors, or away from an electricity supply.  So clearly in this case an electric heating pad would not be the best heating pad to buy.

So, try to imagine what you will be using your heating pad for, and where and you will eventually get to the point whereby you just know what the best heating pad is; and it will be the best for you and not the best in the opinion of someone else.
